What are your operating hours?

Kindly advise us of your preferred booking date, as there may be private events scheduled. We will be happy to check and confirm availability for you.

Do I need a reservation?

We strongly recommend placing a reservation to avoid disappointment of table unavailability upon walk-in. To place a reservation, click here.

Do you provide an Entry QR Code to enter Sentosa if I am a patron?

Kindly note that we do not provide Entry QR codes for Sentosa entrance. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Will I get complimentary parking coupons as a patron?

Complimentary parking coupons may be available for diners, subject to availability. Kindly check with our team upon arrival.

How do I get to Sol & Ora? Where is the nearest carpark?

Via MRT: Alight at Imbiah Station

Via Taxi/Grab: We recommend selecting “The Outpost Hotel” as your drop-off point. Upon alighting, walk into the hotel building and go up the 7th floor.

For Parking: Parking is available at the The Outpost Hotel. From the carpark, kindly proceed to the Main Lobby (Level 7).

Kindly proceed to Sol & Ora on your right from the Level 7 lift lobby.

If I am celebrating a Birthday and Anniversary, will there be anything done for us?

For special occasions, we will arrange a special treat for you, and we hope it adds a little extra sweetness to your experience with us. We kindly request that you let us know the name of the celebrant in advance.

Can I bring my own cake?

Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your own cake. Kindly note that we do not have the facility to store large sized cakes in-house. We would appreciate it if you would be able to provide us with details, such as size and type of cake that you are bringing in and our team will advise you accordingly.

Can I bring balloons?

Light, non-extensive balloons are welcome. However, large installations or elaborate décor may not be permitted due to space constraints and to ensure the comfort of all diners. Please feel free to share any sample references via WhatsApp, and our team will be happy to advise accordingly.

Can I be guaranteed a window seat?

Our team will take note of your seating preference; however, please be advised that all seating requests are subject to first-come, first-served basis at the time of booking.

Rest assured, our team will make every effort to accommodate your request to the best of our ability.

Does Sol & Ora offer outdoor seating?

Sol & Ora features a rooftop seating area, however please note that it is subject to availability. We can accommodate either 4 couples or 1 family of up to 8 guests per seating at any one time.

As Sentosa’s highest rooftop restaurant, Sol & Ora’s rooftop dining deck boasts spectacular skyline views. Guests can soak up breathtaking views of the Singapore Straits, enjoy relaxed chill-out vibes, and catch the daily fireworks. Whether it’s a romantic dinner for two or a casual gathering with friends, our rooftop is the perfect destination to create unforgettable memories. It’s the perfect spot to relax and savour the view in comfort.

Do you have any Private Dining Rooms?

While we do not have private dining rooms, we are pleased to offer partially cordoned-off areas, subject to availability, which provide a more intimate setting while allowing you to enjoy the ambiance of the restaurant. Our team would be delighted to explore suitable arrangements and help create a comfortable dining experience for your group.

Are there any Food & Beverage Policies I need to note?

Prices and menu items are subject to seasonal changes and at the discretion of Sol & Ora. Please be advised that dietary menus are available upon request.

Prices are subject to 10% Service Charge and Prevailing Government Taxes.

No outside food, with the exception of cakes, is allowed within the venue premises.

What is your Reservation Policy?

By providing your personal data here, you have agreed that 1-Group may collect, use and disclose your personal data, for providing seat reservations and providing marketing materials that you have agreed to receive in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

Festive Reservation/ Special Menus

  • Kindly be advised that no cancellation or no-show charges will be imposed.
  • Cancellations can be made via the confirmation email or WhatsApp us at +65 8879 8765.
  • To cancel, simply click the ‘Cancel Reservation’ button in your confirmation email.

We reserve the right to adjust the cancellation grace period for festive periods or special occasions.

Reservation with Deposit

  • Cancellations can be made via the confirmation email or WhatsApp us at +65 9837 8248 at least 24-hour in advance.
  • Cancellation made within 24-hours, deposit will be converted to dining credits which can be utilized within 90 days from the initial reservation date.
  • To cancel, simply click the ‘Cancel Reservation’ button in your confirmation email.

We reserve the right to adjust the cancellation grace period for festive periods or special occasions.

Do I need to commit to a minimum spending?

Minimum spending applies to group reservations of 10pax and above.

Can I take photos within the dining space and/ or venue?

Yes! Photos are permitted for personal use only – please tag us on IG/FB at @solandora.sg. We would love to see your shots!

Please be mindful of those around you who may not want to be photographed. No tripods/lighting or selfie sticks are allowed due to safety concerns. Large format lenses, bulky cameras, and drones are strictly not allowed unless previously approved by management.

Please be aware that photography, filming and/or recording will intermittently take place in the public areas of Sol & Ora. This content may be used for promotional, marketing or advertising purposes, including publication on websites and social media platforms. By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed, filmed and/or recorded, and for 1-Group to utilise your image and likeness for the stated purposes without any compensation to you. If you do not wish to be featured in group or candid shots or recordings captured by our designated photographers or videographers, please remove yourself from the frame.

Contact our Marketing team at marketing@1-group.sg in regards to photo or video shoots intended for media or commercial purposes.

Is there an Age Restriction I need to note?

We are a family-friendly dining establishment and warmly welcome guests of all ages. As there is a rooftop bar located on the same floor, guests below 16 years old are required to be accompanied by an adult and inform the service team.

For families with babies or young infants, please feel free to let us know in advance if you require a baby chair, and our team will be happy to assist.

Do you have a menu for kids?

Yes, we offer a specially curated kid’s menu suitable for young diners below 12 years old.

Can your menu cater to all dietary restrictions?

We kindly request to indicate any dietary restrictions at the time of booking. You may also contact our Guest Relations Team at +65 8879 8765 for any special dietary menus.

Additionally, our friendly service staff will provide recommendations at the table to best cater to any dietary restrictions.

What are Sol & Ora’s dining tables like? (E.g., round/ rectangle/ high/ low)

Our main dining area features a mix of low and high rectangular dining tables.

Seating will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at the time of booking, and our team will always do our very best to make you feel comfortable.

Is the restaurant halal?

While we are not a halal-certified restaurant, we do offer a selection of dishes that do not contain pork or lard. If you have specific dietary preferences or requirements, our team will be happy to advise on suitable menu options and assist where possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

While we do not impose any cancellation fees, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your reservation.

Are there any Dress Code I need to note?

Smart Casual – Dress to impress!

No slippers, sandals, crocs or slip-on shoes. Gentlemen must be in covered shoes and sleeved shirts.

What are your corkage fees?

You may bring your own wine, however, there is a corkage fee per 750ml bottle.

Is Sol & Ora accessible for the handicapped?

We strive to create an environment that is accessible to everyone, including guests with disabilities. Our venue is accessible by wheelchair however may require assistance by our team for certain areas, we do recommend informing our reservations team upon making a booking.

What time are the fireworks?

The fireworks take place from about 7:50 pm–8:00 pm and again from about 8:50 pm–9:00 pm, in between and after the Wings of Time shows.

Wings of Time is Sentosa’s nightly outdoor light and sound show at Siloso Beach, featuring music, lasers, water effects and fireworks set against the open sea.

Are you a pet-friendly venue?

As we are located within the The Outpost Hotel building, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate pets. We truly appreciate your kind understanding.

Are there any special events or promotions going on?
